We bake it for you. And, we also package everything you need and show you 'how' you can do-it-yourself. Either way Mumm's the word.

About Me

Perhaps it all began when I had to cook for the " Brownies". It can be a little crazy in the kitchen when you are working with kids. Who knows, but that is the earliest I can remember putting something together without following a straightfoward recipe. In fact, learning was going on right then and there and not just for me. Today those same kids are doing exactly what they learned in my kitchen. Well, alot has changed since then besides the colour of my hair.

I am descended from a long line of Irish immigrants whose passion for good food can only be matched by their passion for Irish whiskey, and of course a good party. I have always had a good appetite especially for the 'staples of life'. Potatoes, bread and of course sweets. I have to admit though, that I have an absolute passion for all kinds of breads. Much like a connisseur of fine wine, I taste each bread with the same care that I would give a fine glass of wine. In fact, I have paired these two things up in a Tasting Party just to prove it!
